Rathwood reserve the right to make a decision on the damage incurred after inspection to decipher whether this was a manufacturer issue or through misuse of the product. Covers may undergo some fading when exposed to direct sunlight or stored improperly, in this case, colour fading is not covered by the warranty. Please store your cushions separately in a dry place to avoid stains/damage.
