Welcome to the Fillpots Favourites Loyalty Program.

We’re delighted to offer extra savings and exclusive cafe benefits to our loyal customers. By signing up or using Fillpots Favourites Card, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • The Fillpots Favourites Loyalty Program is open to all customers who dine with us in-store and who are UK residents.
  • Only one Fillpots Favourites Card per person/email address is allowed.
  • Employees, contractors, and trade-card holders of Fillpots Garden Centre or Cafe are not eligible.
  • Membership is personal to you—cards cannot be shared or transferred. Friends and family may register for their own card.
  • To enrol, you will need a valid email address and must register either in-store or online at www.fillpots.co.uk.

2. Getting Your Fillpots Favourites Card

  • You can pick up a card in-store at Fillpots Cafe.
  • Register your card online or complete the form in-store and we will register it for you.
  • Lost cards can be replaced with appropriate ID.

3. How to Earn Points

  • Earn 1 point for every £1 spent in-store, unless promotional rates apply.
  • Two free teas or coffees on your next visit after your initial sign up – must be on a different date to the sign up date.
  • One free cream tea in your birthday month ( valid for one month either side of your birthday)
  • Present and scan your Fillpots Favourites Loyalty Card before your transaction is completed.
  • Your card must also be presented for any returns so we can correctly adjust your points balance.

·         Carry over remainder for spends -If less than £10 is spent in the first transaction then there would be no points awarded, however the balance would be stored to use towards future loyalty transactions.

·         Exclusive member offers or promotional points will only apply when your valid card is scanned at the till.

4. Redeeming Your Points

  • Points can be redeemed for money off future purchases.
  • A minimum of £10 worth of points (i.e., 500 points) is required to redeem.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or restricted items.
  • Points must be redeemed in-store by the registered Fillpots Favourites Loyalty member using the barcode on their card.

5. Expiry and Forfeiture of Points

  • Points expire 24 months after they are earned, unless stated otherwise.
  • Accounts inactive for 24 months will be deleted to keep data safe.
  • Fillpots may remove points that were earned through error, misuse, or fraudulent activity.

6. Changes, Suspension, or Termination of the Program

  • Fillpots Garden Centre may change, pause, or end the Fillpots Favourite Loyalty Program at any time. We will give at least 30 days’ notice where possible.
  • If the program ends, any remaining points must be redeemed within 30 days, after which they will expire.
  • We may suspend or cancel your membership if:
  1. false or misleading information was provided,
  2. misuse, theft, or misconduct is suspected,
  3. or you breach these Terms and Conditions.

7. Your Responsibilities

  • Please keep your Fillpots Favourites Card safe and secure—treat it like cash or a credit card.
  • Keep your contact details up to date to ensure you receive member benefits and important program updates.
  • We may ask for receipts if you have membership queries or if suspicious activity is detected.

8. Communication

  • By joining, you agree that we may contact you by email regarding: Fillpots Favourites Loyalty, updates account information exclusive offers and promotions

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal information collected for the Fillpots Favourites Loyalty Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available at www.fillpots.co.uk).
  • Your details are stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
  • By participating, you consent to the use of your information for administering the program and for in-house marketing.

10. Liability

  • The Fillpots Favourites Loyalty Program is provided “as is.”
  • Fillpots Garden Centre and Cafe is not responsible for technical issues, lost points, or delays outside of our control.
