Do we deliver? Yes! For local delivery (front door only) it is a £15 charge.

For longer distance delivery i.e. Sudbury, Harwich, Halstead (front door only) £21 delivery charge.

For those of greater distances like Chelmsford, Ipswich or for heavier items that require 2 person handling and final position i.e. back garden. £27 delivery charge.

Are dogs permitted on site? Unfortunately not, we only allow assistance dogs across the whole of the site. This includes garden centre, shop and café.

Do we sell patio gas? No we do not.

Do we sell turf? No we do not. We sell a range of grass seeds.

What composts do we stock? We have a wide range of composts by Levington, Miracle Gro and John Innes.

Are you open on bank holidays? Yes, we stay open on all bank holidays our normal opening hours with the exception of Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Any planned closures will be advertised ahead of time.

Do we accept National Garden Gift Vouchers? Yes we accept these in our Garden Centre and Gift Shop, these can not be used in our café (the café will only accept Fillpots own vouchers)

Can I book a table in the Café? Although reservations are not necessary for smaller tables you can still make a reservation by contacting the cafe via their landline. 01206 271818

Is the site accessible for wheelchair users? The garden centre has step free access across the whole site. There is a slight raised threshold at the entrance to the café should you need help with this we have plenty of friendly staff members who can help. We also have 2 wheelchairs at the entrance of the shop for customers to use (first come, first serve)
